Shipping
and Returns
Returns are not accepted beyond 10
days of receipt of the
item.
If order cancellation occurs while
the order is in transit,
the customer is responsible for all return transportation costs and
restocking
costs. Return costs
are non-recoverable
to the customer.
For items being returned by the
customer after receipt of
shipment, the customer is responsible for all return transportation and
restocking costs. Any
such items must
be unused, in the original condition received, in original packing and
include
original receipts and shipping documents. Return
transportation costs are
non-recoverable to the customer.
Items shipped by the customer for
return must be accompanied
by a return authorization form (RMA), issued by Beacontron. Customers should contact
Beacontron to obtain
an RMA prior to shipping the items.
Item
shipped for return processing will not be accepted without an RMA
issued by
Beacontron.
Any applicable refund due to the
customer after deducting
applicable charges and costs will be processed once the returned item
has been
received and fully inspected.
Taxes
For shipments within Canada, Canadian GST or HST is charged at
the rate appropriate to
the province or territory to which the item is being shipped.
Any other taxes are the
responsibility of the purchaser.
